Gottfried Mocke Wine Dinner

We are back and ready to kick off our 2025 wine dinners on Thursday 6th February with a real treat from one of the best winemakers in South Africa – Gottfried Mocke.

Gottfried is the chief winemaker for Boekenhoutskloof Winery (home of The Chocolate Block) in Franschhoek and also heads up an exciting project in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Boekenhoutskloof was voted Winery of the Year in 2020 as well as Gottfried being named Winemaker of the Year in 2020 by Tim Atkin.

As always, we have knocked up a fantastic 6 course menu to accompany the wines:

The evening kicks off at 7pm and tickets are £100 per head including a £25 voucher to be redeemed against purchases on the night. It’s a real treat to be able to try some of these wines, with some of them retailing at £50 per bottle, and we even have a few “library release” back-vintages available too.
